Securely pack your unmounted skis or gear in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
